Pet supplies withhelpful staff.

I made two recent purchases of live fish from this store. In both instances the fish were in excellent condition, nicely coloured and healthy. In both cases, the sales assistant was very helpful, courteous, polite and understood exactly what I wanted. Based on my recent experience, I highly recommend this store.

Lots of really really good and health snack options. And the staff were very patient and helpful when I couldn't decide what would be best for my dog in the coming winter (we're new to ACT). They were also really cool and will have a chat with you and your pet. Just generally a great visit for me and the dog.

The team here are amazing. My customer experience was beyond exceeded with Tyler. I am so impressed with their customer service. When they make a mistake there is nothing they won’t do to rectify it. I will never buy my pet supplies from anywhere else. So impressive

This store’s staff always friendly and helpful, compared to other pet stores even other Petbarn stores. They always recommend the correct products with patience and really want to help the customers. I am pretty sure these guys really love animals from their heart.
